| Qualifications for Membership: |

| • | Persons who hold qualifications relative to gaming management, of which the gaming management qualifications refer to recognized certificates, higher diplomas, bachelor, master or doctoral degree, or |
| • | Professionals and management personnel who engage in gaming, hospitality or related industries. |

| • | Two recent color photos of size 1.5 inches |

| All membership applications will be assessed and approved by our Executive Committee. Once approved, members will be notified for membership fee payment. |
