A division aims at organizing activities for promoting continuous education for gaming and hospitality employees, especially junior to middle level managers. These activities include:

Study Mission

  • An annual study tour organized exclusively for MGMA members
  • Destinations cover integrated resorts and/or gaming developments for widening members’ horizon
  • Training Programs

  • Organizing or co-organizing ad-hoc training programs to strengthen management skills for professional and career advancement
  • Seminars

  • Conducting seminars and inviting management executives to share their industrial insights and experience with MGMA
